Vejgaard Østre School, 17th March 2009

A-DN in cooperation with Vejgaard Østre School (DUS C) started African Dance project on the 17 of March 2009, which was supposed to end on May 5th 2009. The deadline was however postponed, because both the children and their pedagogues suggested continuing with the project.

It consists of 15-17 children between 8-12 years, and takes place every Tuesday from 13:00-14:00.  The project will then be evaluated after Market Fair on the May 30th 2009. The survey will be conducted through A-DN’s established indicators in order to measure performance and achievement. Interviews and/or the preparation of questionnaires by children, pedagogues and instructors will be made as well. Evaluation reports will then offer recommendations on robustness, continuity and sustainability of the project. Decisions will be made after the review.
